1. Booking Confirmation:

   • A booking is confirmed only upon the receipt of the booking amount as per the terms shared at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No refund will be provided.

   • Cancellation between 8 to 10 days before check-in: A refund of 60% of the total booking amount will be issued.

   • Cancellation between 11 to 15 days before check-in: A refund of 75% of the total booking amount will be issued.

   • Cancellation 16 or more days before check-in: Full refund after deducting applicable processing fees, if any.

3. No Refund Policy:

   • In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

   • No refund will be provided in case of cancellations due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.

   • Once the booking amount has been paid, it is considered non-refundable under certain conditions as specified.

Note: Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
