1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification

• All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in (e.g., Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License).

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of other guests. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in eviction without a refund.

• Damage to property or violation of rules will attract penalties as determined by the resort.

4. Room Usage

• Rooms are to be used only by the registered guests. Subletting or sharing rooms with unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms may result in a cleaning fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Any additional charges (e.g., minibar, extra services) incurred during the stay must be settled at check-out.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Please refer to the Booking and Cancellation Policy for detailed terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

7. Safety and Security

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

• For safety reasons, the use of electrical appliances like irons, heaters, or cooking devices not provided by the resort is prohibited.

8. Resort Property

• Guests are requested to take care of the resort’s property. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

• Resort facilities are for the use of registered guests only.

9. Force Majeure

• The resort shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, or government regulations.

10. Privacy Policy

• Guest information is kept confidential and is used solely for reservation and operational purposes.

11. Pets

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Additional charges and rules may apply.
